Summit complex is a two-minute drive away from the Clearwater Mall shopping centre with all the speciality and chain
stores, restaurants, banks and movie theatres that you could wish for. There is also a filling station with 24-hour shop
close by. The Hillfox, Makro and Hyperama are two kilometres away, and the Constantia Office Park, Virgin Active Health

Location
The complex is located at the western end of Fairview Drive, Constantia Kloof,
Johannesburg in a middle to upper income group suburb. There are neither industrial estates nor informal settlements

Rental
The monthly rental is R5250 (including the monthly levy), payable in advance, and you
will be required to sign a one-year lease. Water and electricity bills will be for your account and will be
approximately R600 per month. Each unit in the complex is separately metered and you pay for your own usage.
Deposits
You will be required to pay a deposit equal to one month's rental, plus a
utilities
deposit of R600 plus a key deposit of R200. The total deposit is therefore R600 + R200 + R5250 = R6050. Deposits are
interest-bearing and refundable in terms of the lease.
Initial Payments
Including all deposits and the first month's rental in advance, the total amount which is
payable in cash at the signing of the lease is R11,300.
Taking Occupation
Before taking occupation (receiving the keys) the following steps need to have been
completed:
- Application form completed in full
- Credit check completed and approved
- Lessee's last pay slip produced
- Copy of Lessee's last three bank account
statements (the account into which your salary is paid)
- Copy of Lessee's ID
- All deposits paid in full and on our bank account statement
